The purpose of this form is to serve as a means for residents to provide their concerns to the Officers of the Homeowners Association for a formal review. It is understood that the homeowner whom is submitting this form to the HOA Board has attempted to rectify the outlined situation with all parties concerned. The HOA Board takes no responsibility for any resultant damage, injury or legal actions between the associated parties, but in fact serves as mediator attempting to peacefully and concentually rectify the outlined concern for the benefit and best interest of Grace Ridge Subdivision. The HOA Board may also, as determined necessary, demand attendance to any required meetings and reviews with associated parties. Should the Board determine any issue is in need of legal action, no Board Member will be required to testify in any legal matter.
