Things you should know as a New Resident
1. Make sure you receive your pool key from the previous owner. A key is provided for each lot and is assigned to that lot. The key itself contains the name and address of each lot owner. There is a $20.00 charge for a replacement key fob.
2. Effective July 1, 2022 the association dues will be $374.00 per year. Payment is due as follows;
July 1st $93.50
October 1st $93.50
January 1st $93.50
April 1st $93.50
You are still welcome to pay the full amount up front if you prefer.
3. It is your responsibility to contact our Red Rock Management Group and give them your name address and phone number for billing purposes.

4. You can view account information and pay by using Red Rock's web portal. The information is available on your mailed statement or http://www.myredrockaccount.com
5. The Clubhouse use is by Reservation Only. Please complete the request form on the clubhouse page of this website.
