Grace
Ridge is a community consisting of 248 homes and is located in southern
Rowan County. There are three parts to the development: Grace Ridge I,
Grace Ridge South, and Grace Ridge III. Grace Ridge I is the founding
side with the first lots being sold in 1996. Grace Ridge III being the
final section to be completed.
The
community is very diverse with people of all ages. It is a wonderful
neighborhood if you have children, or it is also great for those who are
retired. The amenities within the neighborhood include a pool, gym,
ball field and clubhouse. There are also several walking paths if you
are into fitness or just want to take a stroll with friends and family.
All in all, Grace Ridge has something for everyone and is "A Great Place to Live."
